Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Ensure all cabinet components, hardware, and assembly instructions are placed back in their original, unassembled packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy freight items may require a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned units for completeness and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
