Le Griddle Ranch Hand 2-Burner Built-In Gas Griddle
Heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel frame and cooking surface with a cast-iron base plate deliver even heat distribution and long-term corrosion resistance. Two U-shaped stainless steel burners provide 9,000 BTU each for a combined 18,000 BTU cooking capacity across a 29-3/8" by 15-1/2" griddle surface. Battery-operated push-button ignition and two safety valves with thermocouples cut gas flow if a flame is lost for safer operation. Opposite gas orifices are included for straightforward conversion between natural gas and propane; a 3/8" gas fitting is specified. Removable grease tray simplifies cleaning and maintenance for frequent use. Cut-out dimensions and installation guidance support built-in cabinet fitting and optional cart placement.
