Le Griddle Pro Series 40 Gas Griddle 3mm Plate OML40P3
Designed for indoor and commercial kitchens, this Pro Series 40 griddle pairs a 3mm cast-iron cooking plate mounted on an aluminum base with a 304 stainless steel housing for even heat distribution. A single U-shaped stainless steel burner delivers 9,000 BTU total output for consistent searing and temperature control. Backlit control knobs, push-and-spark ignition, LED projection and a halogen work light improve usability in low-light conditions. The cooking plate includes a grease-disposal hole and a removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray for simplified cleaning. Equipped for natural gas or propane with conversion orifices and a 3/8" gas fitting, it includes a safety valve with thermocouple to cut gas on flame loss. Made in the USA with a Texas Sea Glass matte finish for a professional, low-reflective appearance.
